Sealed proposals for furnishing services for the Land Application of Lime Residue from the Defiance Water Treatment Plant Lagoons will be received by the City Administrator of the City of Defiance, Ohio at the office of said City Administrator in the City Building, until 1:30 p.m. local time on Thursday February 29, 2024.  At 2:00 p.m. in the Front Conference Room on that same day the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
