LEGAL NOTICE
Sealed proposals will be received by the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department, 667 Dayton-Xenia Road, Xenia, Ohio 45385, until 4:00 p.m., Friday, May 5, 2023, for Existing Sites Condition Assessment, Project No. 2301SW. The Board of County Commissioners of Greene County, Ohio along with the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department in accordance with ORC 153.65-153.70 is seeking the services of a Qualified Engineering Firm for Professional Services to perform remote site facilities assessment services including accurate asset inventory. These services will be utilized for performing Condition Assessments and testing at existing GCSED Sanitary Lift Stations, Booster Stations, Pressure Reducing Vaults, and other facilities as needed.
The successful firm shall meet the requirements for qualifications as listed in the ORC 153.65 (D) and have on staff a minimum of one licensed or accredited professional for each of the services required.
A MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE will be held at 11:00 a.m., April 25, 2023, at the Sanitary Engineering Offices located at 667 Dayton-Xenia Rd, Xenia Ohio 45385 or via Zoom. One (1) electronic version and five (5) sets of proposals shall be provided in a sealed envelope identified as “Existing Sites Condition Assessment, Project No. 2301SW”, with the full name and address of the Respondent on the outside of the envelope. Greene County shall determine the best responsive firm based solely on the information contained in each proposal received.
The Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any irregularity, should same be to the advantage of the County.
