The George V. Voinovich School of Leadership & Public Service (GVS) at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio with the collaboration of Mayors' Partnership in Progress (MPP), seek to establish a well-qualified pool of Planning, Architectural, Engineering firms and/or individuals to provide various professional services on an as-needed, task or deliverables basis for municipality members of the Mayors’ Partnership for Progress.

Acceptance into the Qualified Pool only signifies an entity as prequalified and does not obligate the University or the MPP to a minimum annual spend or usage. Contracts will be issued on a case-by-case basis as the project needs occur.

PLEASE NOTE: This request for qualifications (RFQ) is for Ohio University only. OHIO does not collaborate awards with Miami University. The Ionwave platform (e-Sourcing) license is shared between the two universities.
