The George V. Voinovich School of Leadership & Public Service (GVS) at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio with the collaboration of Mayors' Partnership in Progress (MPP), seek to establish a well-qualified pool of grant writers and grant management service consultants that may be called upon to research, develop, write, prepare, and submit successful grant proposals for federal, state, local, and government grants and private foundation grants.

Acceptance into the Qualified Pool only signifies an entity as prequalified and does not obligate the University or the MPP to a minimum annual spend or usage. Contracts will be issued on a case-by-case basis as the project needs occur.
