The City is soliciting bids for the project known as the 2023 Country Club Drive Water Stub & E Second Street Sanitary and Storm Sewers Project.

Sealed bids for the following proposal: construct a 12" water main along Country Club Drive from N. Detroit Street due east 120 LF. Project to include all required water appurtenances, traffic control and testing. And, replace an existing 6" sanitary sewer with an 8" sanitary sewer and tie in all existing sewer services on E. Second Street. Also replace an existing 54" stone culvert with a 60" culvert, and tie into all existing storm catch basins, as directed by the City Engineer, and in accordance with the Conditions, Specifications, Plans and/or Drawings included in the bid packet shall be received at the City Clerk's Office, 107 E Main Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385 until Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.
