The City is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the provision of building code enforcement services in respect to the application, interpretation, and enforcement of the City’s adopted building codes (Ohio Building Code, Ohio Mechanical Code, Ohio Plumbing Code, and Residential Code of Ohio) and any other relevant state regulations or local ordinances. Such services shall include all necessary building plan reviews, inspections, permit and certificate of occupancy issuances, and inspections and orders to enforce all applicable building codes within the City, and shall include all necessary support services (collectively, “the Services”).

Proposals shall be delivered to the City of Xenia, Administration Building, City Clerk’s Office, 107 E Main Street, Xenia OH 45385 until November 7, 2022 at 4:00 p.m.
