The City of Upper Arlington is seeking a contractor to provide Asphalt Concrete and Bituminous Cold Mix.

This proposal is the bidder’s offer to sell the item(s) set forth on the bid sheet at the price quoted by the bidder herein, under the terms and conditions of this documents and specifications as referenced. The City of Upper Arlington does not obligate itself to purchase the full quantities indicated on the vendor bid sheet. However, the unit price bid will be effective should the purchases be more or less than the indicated quantities.

All bids must be submitted through the on-line bidding system, IonWave, for the City of Upper Arlington.

In the online submittal, Bidders must upload the Cost Summary in Excel format.
