The City of Upper Arlington Department of Public Service, in conjunction with Information Technology and Parks and Recreation Departments, is soliciting proposals to implement a computerized work order and asset management system.


All responses must be received through IonWave.



The City of Upper Arlington encourages all businesses, including minority and women-owned businesses to respond.


6/16/23 Addendum 1 is being issued to modify the Bid Opening Date and Proposal Submission Requirements.

Addendum 2 is adding the Professional Services Agreement to the Attachments Tab for vendors to review.

Section 5, Proposal Submission and System Requirements, starting on page 8 of the RFP states "Vendor must provide one (1) original and one (1) copy of its proposal...no longer than fifty (50) pages on twenty-five (25) double-sided sheets."

However, the Information to Bidders document states in the Submission of Bid section that "Bids must be submitted via the City's online bid system."

Can the City please clarify which method vendors are to submit their proposals? If hard copy, please specify the delivery address.
