Eastern Daylight Time, City of Upper Arlington, Municipal Services Center, Lower Level Conference Room, 3600 Tremont Road, Upper Arlington 43221. Deadline for questions, submitted on the IonWave page by January 12, 2024 by 5:00 P.M. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all non-conforming responsive or conditional bids. Requirements of the City of Upper Arlington Affirmative Action Program are applicable. Each bidder must insure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, age, handicap status, or veteran status. These bids will be opened and publicly read at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time on January 16, 2024.
