Notes	The City of Upper Arlington is performing an internal audit of its pavement management process and intends to assess its biennial pavement condition rating system in comparison to today’s standards and technology by incorporating a standard pavement condition assessment system paired with modern GIS technology. The City is requesting proposals from qualified firms to perform the 2024 pavement rating on its street network, including incorporating its work product into the City’s GIS. Proposals will be received by the City until 3:00 PM E.S.T. on Tuesday, March 19 ^th , 2024.
