The City of Upper Arlington (City) is seeking Proposals to provide select locations of our park system with portable restroom units; in particular, the City is seeking a scheduled rental over the winter months when the park restrooms are unavailable, as well as Proposals for Special Events and on-demand rentals for City as needed.
