Sealed bids wills be received by the Division of Purchasing, City of Upper Arlington, 3600 Tremont Road, Lower Level Conference Room, Upper Arlington, OH 43221 until 10:00 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time on April 21, 2023 for the following project:

Rooftop Unit Replacement and Heat Pump Replacement

Pre-bid conference will be held April 4, 2023 @ 9:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time, City of Upper Arlington, 4100 Roberts Road, Columbus, Ohio 43228 . Deadline for questions, submitted on the IonWave page (Bid Number: UA32-32) by April 14, 2023 at 8:00 AM.

The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all non-conforming responsive or conditional bids.
