The University seeks to identify the optimal strategic partner to lease Hebbardsville Farm for up to 25-years. In addition to specific uses of the land, the lease would also require the rehabilitation of buildings on the property, partnership opportunities with Ohio University, as well as fulfilling the EPA reporting requirements for the wetland mitigation area on the property.
