This project is located in Ottawa County at South Bass State Park Campgrounds 1523 Catawba Ave, Put-In-Bay, Ohio 43456 & in Erie County at Kelleys Island State Park Campgrounds 920 Division St., Kelleys Island, Ohio 43438.

The project involves the construction of (2) new Restrooms and demolition of one existing restroom. Major items of work include: new concrete slab and foundation, new CMU walls, insulation, prefabricated trusses, new metal roofs, resinous flooring, new HVAC, plumbing & electric, gravity sewer, waterline, grading, paving and related scope as defined in the documents.

All work is to be completed under Design-Bid-Build GC Contract. Completion date for all work under this project is projected as June 2025.
