Description:
This project is located at the RTA Hayden Garage in East Cleveland, Ohio. This roof is over 25 years old and has passed its intended lifespan. There are signs of wear such as leaks, wet insulation, and delaminated membranes in the current roof. A new roof will be installed to eliminate these issues, and is to include a 30-year NDL manufacturers warranty with annual inspections included.
