The current Access Road Bridge connecting the GCRTA Central Rail Facility and Transit Police Department to downtown Cleveland by way of East 34th Street is in poor condition and needs to be replaced. The objective of this project is to remove the existing steel through girder bridge and replace with a new single span structure on a new horizontal/vertical alignment crossing over NS properties. GCRTA is requesting proposals from qualified and interested Civil Engineering Firms experienced in Bridge Inspection, Analysis and Design specifically for design of
counterfort abutment structures adjacent to/overpassing NS properties.
