The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) has the need to connect the Port of Cleveland’s railroad to the Waterfront Line in preparation for the delivery of the new railcar fleet. The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, and equipment to furnish and install 410 track feet of 115 RE track, two crossovers, surfacing and de-stressing the track structure, and other ancillary site/civil work associated with completing the scope of work.
