Columbus City Schools (CCS) is seeking qualified vendors to provide bids according to the directions found in the RFP posting documents. This solicitation is not being managed by CCS as Aon has been retained to manage the procurement process. Therefore, Public Purchase is not being utilized for bid submission. All proposal documents and correspondence must be directed to Aon. Very Important: Please read the “Read Me First” document as it contains specific instructions for participating vendors. CCS Voluntary RFP Read Me First : contains information about the District, along with instructions, and the LEDE information. CCS 2024 Voluntary Benefits RFP : this is the RFP workbook the vendors must complete and submit as it contains questions that comprise the proposal. CCS Voluntary Census December 2023 : contains information about enrolled members to assist the vendors when preparing their proposal. CCS Basic Life Census December 2023 : contains information about enrolled members to assist the vendors when preparing their proposal. CCS Current Voluntary Benefits zip : contains current plan information to assist the vendors when preparing their proposal. |
