LEGAL NOTICE

The Fulton County Commissioners will receive bids for the DITCH NO. 2147, TILE BRANCH 7e AI CREEK DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT, in their office at 152 South Fulton Street, in Wauseon, Ohio until 9:00 A.M., Thursday, May 11, 2023. At approximately 9:01 A.M. bids will be opened and read aloud. This drainage improvement project consists of the installation of 920 L.F. of 18-Inch smooth wall pipe and appurtenances to replace 920 L.F. of existing 15-Inch clay tile along Township Road 4-3 south of US 20 in Amboy Township, Fulton County, Ohio.
