The City of Cleveland, though the Mayor’s Office of Capital Projects (MOCAP), is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide professional consulting services to establish and execute a Public Engagement Coordination Program (“the Program”) in support of projects administered by MOCAP. The Program intends to consolidate all public engagement tasks into a single process that is consistent and predictable in the delivery of MOCAP projects.
