Statements of Qualifications

The Clermont County Board of Commissioners (hereinafter “County”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional firms for providing a Facilities Master Plan.

PROJECT:

A Facilities Master Plan to assist the Board of County Commissioners in the planning, development and maintenance of county facilities. The County provides 35 facilities consisting of over 711,000 square feet of space on three campuses all located within the Village of Batavia, and equipment buildings for eleven communication towers. The County owns several vacant parcels that may be used for future planning purposes. The final product will be a Facilities Master Plan that will anticipate county facility needs for the next 20 years with 5-year benchmarks.

SUBMITTALS:

Each respondent MUST submit their SOQ in TRIPLICATE, one (1) original, and two (2) copies with each copy stamped “COPY,” as well as one (1) searchable copy on a USB Drive. SOQs should be in a sealed envelope marked: SOQ — FACILITIES MASTER PLAN:

The deadline for submission: 2:00 P.M. Local Time on October 5, 2023

Inquiries: Questions pertaining to the SOQ and the selection process must be directed to Thomas Eigel at teigel@clermontcountyohio.gov .

Interpretation of Solicitation of Statements of Qualifications: Should a firm submitting a statement of qualifications find discrepancies in, or omissions from the project scope of work, or should the firm be in doubt as to their true meaning, the firm may submit a written request to Thomas Eigel at teigel@clermontcountyohio.gov for an interpretation thereof, which must be submitted by 12:00 Noon Friday, September 29, 2023. The firm submitting the request shall be responsible for its prompt delivery. Any interpretation of, or change in the proposed documents will be made only by an addendum issued to each firm to whom specifications have been issued, or who have registered with the County to receive such addendums. Registration is available by requesting the document or indicating via email to teigel@clermontcountyohio.gov such a request. All addendums shall become part of any contract awarded. The County will not be responsible for any other explanation or interpretations.
