The Board of Clermont County Commissioners will be accepting competitive sealed proposals from qualified Proposers to provide a single maintenance contract for office machines. All proposals shall be submitted in duplicate, with one (1) original paper copy and one (1) searchable PDF copy on a USB, in a sealed envelope marked: Proposal – Office Machines Maintenance Contract. All proposals must be received in the Office of the Board of Clermont County Commissioners, Suite 329, 101 E. Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103, no later than 2:00 P.M. EST on April 20, 2023, at which time all proposals shall be opened and acknowledged accordingly. All submitted proposals, including pricing, must be held firm by proposers for a period of no less than ninety (90) days.

Office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. EST, Monday through Friday. This notice will also be posted on Clermont County’s website at the following URL link: www.clermontcountyohio.gov .
