The City of Troy is intending to re-construct Troy’s Downtown Square Area, Streetscapes, and Sidewalks. The square was last renovated over twenty years ago. The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms for design and construction administration consultant services to coordinate a comprehensive design including, but not limited to: sidewalks, drainage, utilities, pedestrian bumpouts, landscape features, traffic flow, pedestrian movements, ADA compliance, special event needs, safety features, preparation of plans, estimates, specifications, and contract documents for the construction of this project.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 1:30 PM beginning at Troy City Hall located at 100 S. Market St.., Troy, Ohio 45373 in the second-floor conference room.
