CP-17006 MCC REPLACEMENTS

HETZLER ROAD AND ZIEGLER ROAD BOOSTER PUMPING STATIONS

Electronic bids will be received for the City of Piqua MCC Replacements Hetzler Road and Ziegler Road Booster Pumping Stations until 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at which time they will be electrically opened and reviewed. There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting on December 1, 2022, 10 am at 8605 N. Hetzler Road, Piqua OH 45356.

The Project consists of furnishing all supplies for and replacing the Motor Control Centers and placing them in operation.

The electronic bids must be submitted through the Bid Express service. Plans are available at: www.bidexpress.com ; Free registration with Bid Express will allow a BIDDER to review and print all project plans. An electric signature along with a per-bid fee or monthly subscription will be required for the BIDDER to submit an electronic bid.

All Bids must include payment of wages at prevailing wage rates pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (ORC), Section 4115-15, and shall comply with the provisions, duties, and obligations of ORC Section 4115. Further information is provided in the Instructions to Bidders.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid which is deemed by Owner to be most favorable to the Owner.
