Bids for the Lock 9 Park project will be received by the City of Piqua at the Municipal Government Complex, Development Department, 201 W. Water Street, Piqua, Ohio 45356, until Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work: The construction of various park improvements to Lock 9 Park in the City of Piqua. Site work to include storm sewer, water, electrical, site grading, pavement/sidewalk work, and landscaping.

All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the Municipal Government Complex, Development Department, 201 W. Water Street, Piqua, Ohio 45356. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

THIS PROJECT IS FEDERALLY ASSISTED. CONTRACTS TO BE AWARDED UNDER THIS INVITATION FOR BIDS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FEDERAL LAWS AND RELATED ACTS THAT ARE REFERENCED IN THIS BID PACKAGE.
