The work to be performed under this Contract consists, in general, of furnishing all equipment, personnel, labor, materials, tools, facilities and incidentals necessary to load, haul and reuse/dispose of the biosolids produced at the City of Newark Wastewater Treatment Plant on approved land application sites or landfills.
