1. The United States Air Force, AFLCMC/Operational Contracting Branch, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio is seeking industry proposals from potential sources, including but not limited to Small Business (SB), HUBZone, 8(a), Woman- Owned (WO) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) small business concerns. The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, devices, and materials, and performing all operations necessary in connection with, “Repair Electrical Systems” Statement of Work (Attachment 1 of the SF1442) including removals and miscellaneous work as specified and as shown, indicated, or noted on the drawings to be provided in individual orders. The site of the work is the Area A, Area B and all other properties owned by Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. This acquisition is under North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code: 238210 and Small Business Size Standard: $19M. This acquisition is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.

2. A site visit for the Electrical Seed job walk will be conducted on 06 Sep 2023 (See FAR 52.236-27 Alt I.). Visitors must submit their names to amanda.sergent.2@us.af.mil by 24 Aug 2023.

3. A Request for Information (RFI) period is included within the solicitation period. All questions or RFIs must be submitted in writing no later than 18 Sept 2023 to amanda.sergent.2@us.af.mil and megan.christmann@us.af.mil. The decision whether to respond to questions or RFIs submitted after 18 Sept 2023 shall be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. All questions and answers will be posted via https://sam.gov/ before proposal due date so that all interested offerors are treated fairly.

4. Solicitation Closing Date: 1:00 pm, Eastern Standard time on 04 Oct 2023.
