This is a combined synopsis/solicitation ("synopsitation"), which is expected to result in award of a Fixed-Price contract for Aircraft Fleet Services and Aircraft Wash and Corrosion Control services, as described under the attachment titled "Performance Work Statement". This synopsitation is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This annoucement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13).
