NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 334516. Air Force Research Lab (AFRL/PZLEQ), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and FAR Subpart 13.5 to Bio-Rad Laboratories.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but a notice as required by FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iii), and FAR 6.305(d). A determination by the Government for the competition of this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
