This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA860123Q0140 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, effective date 03/16/2023.

The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, is used, and specific evaluation criteria are included in paragraph (a) of that provision. Offerors’ shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and additional clauses can be found in the attachment named “Solicitation Document”.

This acquisition is a Brand Name acquisition under North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code: 337214, Small Business Size Standard: 1100 employees.

NOTICE: A potential vendor may request a CAD drawing by submitting the request via email to dustin.gilroy@us.af.mil . Follow the instructions for formatting below. It is not possible to attach CAD drawings inside SAM.GOV at this time.

Note that e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe or .zip files). Upon award, any provisions that were in the draft contract (including representations and certifications) will be removed from the award document.
