NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. Air Force Research Lab (AFRL/PZLEQ), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to Sony Biotechnology.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but a notice as required by FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iii), and FAR 6.305(d). A determination by the Government for the competition of this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any responses should be e-mailed to the buyer at jay.solether@us.af.mil no later than 12 September 2023, 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Only responses received by this date will be considered. All questions should also be directed to the buyer at jay.solether@us.af.mil.
