The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to provide a list and quantities of fire sprinkler system devices to be tested and/or inspected. A site visit has not been deemed necessary for this solicitation. The sprinkler system is in the Main Clinic, Engineering Building, Energy Center, and Parking Garage. An aerial view of the facility is below.
The incumbent vendor is Accord Federal Services, LLC with an award amount of $46,435.00 for a base and four option years.
