This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. All information received by 12:00 PM Central Time on September 1, 2023 will be considered by the Government. Response shall be submitted to Zach Schuler at zachary.schuler@usda.gov.
