04/26/23 SOLICITATION PACKAGE POSTED



A pre-proposal meeting will be held on 5/09/2023 at 1:00 p.m. ET at the Northern Research Station, 359 Main Road, Delaware, OH 43015



The proposed project consists of new overwintering facility to be constructed atop the foundation of the existing head house. The project scope includes complete demolition of the first floor, expansion of the existing side paved entryways, and construction of a new 2576 SF building. The new building will be served by one air handling unit and one chiller on new concrete pads.



The Government's estimate is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
