Additional Requirements:
- A minimum of (2) reserved visitor parking space shall be pull-through to accommodate semi-trucks and trailers.
- Parking lot must be able to accommodate dually trucks, semi-trucks, and trailers including livestock trailers. Paved road access is required to accommodate 80,000-pound loaded semi-trucks and 50,000-pound loaded livestock trailers.
- Space shall be contiguous.
- Due to the public facing nature of this location first floor is preferred.
- phased construction, or temporary office space / swing space required to ensure minimum USDA continuity of operations during construction.
- offered space shall not be a sub-lease.
- Proposed location must have good cell phone coverage for the major carriers to allow for mobile hotspot use during construction.
- Lessor must be willing to provide and install site prep infrastructure for (1) Gov’t provided and installed level-2 dual-port electric vehicle charging station.

This documentation must be received on or before the due date for Expressions of Interest. In cases where an agent is representing multiple entities, written acknowledgement/ permission from each entity to represent multiple interest parties for the same submission must be submitted prior to the Expressions of Interest due date.
