A rotunda roof replacement construction project is to be performed at the Carl B. Stokes U.S. Courthouse at 801 W Superior Ave, Cleveland, Ohio 44113. This project includes, but is not limited to the following work:

• Replacement of existing roof system and sealant in stone panel joints above and adjacent to the main Rotunda entrance and patching and refinishing of the Rotunda ceiling

The estimated price range for all work is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is being set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 238160 (Roofing Contractors) with a small business size standard of $19 million. This is a negotiated procurement; therefore, a public bid opening will not be held. The solicitation will be available on March 29, 2024. A pre-bid walkthrough will be held on April 2 at 10:00 AM EST. The solicitation cited above can only be obtained by accessing a secure website known as SAM.gov. SAM.gov is a secure website designed to safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) acquisition information. SAM.gov is fully integrated with other electronic Government initiatives and is available for use by all Federal agencies. Registration in SAM.gov is required in order to download solicitation documents and is used to validate vendor identity. Contractors not registered in these systems will be ineligible to download the solicitation and ineligible for an award.
