Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement
Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, Cincinnati VA Medical Center, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220-2213, intends to negotiate an open market sole source contract under FAR (FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Only one responsible source for these brand name reagents listed below is available through the original equipment manufacturer.
