This is a single-phase, Design/Bid/Build, 100% Full and Open (Unrestricted) procurement.



In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1307, this project requires the HUBZone 10% price evaluation. Central Contractor Registration and ORCA are now available through SAM, available at www.sam.gov. Offerors must comply with the requirements of 52.204-7, 52.204-8, 52.232-33, and any other CCR/ORCA requirements in this solicitation through SAM.
