The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to update the Price/Cost Schedule to add line items and correct the Period of Performance dates and to answer vendor questions. The updated Price/Cost Schedule and answers to vendor questions are below.
For those items with Zero quantity on which we will be submitting a unit price, how should we enter the extended price $0.00 or the price of 1 unit?
The combined synopsis states (Evaluation Criteria) the Contracting Officer will add the price for items with zero quantity to the quoter s total solicitation price.
Please see attached and look at item # 0004AB. We have different unit prices for the different sized extinguishers, but the solicitation quantity does not break down the sizes. How should we represent that in the total extended price?
