The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime, Columbus proposes to enter into a Firm-Fixed Price, long- term Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation is comprised of one (1) National Stock Number (NSN) drawing item (BOLT, BREECH). This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted, with Full and Open Competition citing Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.1. This solicitation will use procedures from FAR Part 15 – Contract by Negotiations.

The solicitation will be for a total of five years, which includes a three-year base period and two (2) separately priced one-year option periods. The contract length will not exceed five years. Offerors will have the opportunity to submit pricing based on quantity break ranges. First Destination Transportation (FDT) and Packaging (FDP) does not apply to this item. The maximum contract value will be $1,908,900.00. Solicitation will be available on DIBBS on or about February 3, 2023, for 30 days.

DFARS 252.225-7048 is applicable. To be eligible for award, the offeror and its source(s) of supply are required to have been approved by the DLA controlling authority, J34 (email DLAJ344DataCustodian@dla.mil). The approved suppliers are indicated in the Business Decision Analytics (BDA) tool (refer to the Analysis by CAGE Code Model Job Aid in EBS online help, eProcurement, BDA folder). DLA will not delay award in order for an ineligible offeror or its source of supply to apply for and receive approval to access the export-controlled data.
