Sealed proposals will be received by the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office, 61 Greene Street, Suite 200, Xenia, Ohio 45385, until 1:00 P.M., Monday, October 31, 2022, for Cloud-Based SaaS (Software-As-A-Service) Record/Case Management System, for the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office. The Greene County Prosecutor’s Office requests proposals for a Cloud-Based SaaS Record/Case Management System to be used on an ongoing basis for active work flow processes, trial preparation, and document archiving.
This project is being funded by American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”), and as such all bidders will need to abide by any ARPA requirements.

A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. on October 3, 2022, in person at the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office, Basement, Don Dulle Conference Room, 61 Greene Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385.
Sealed envelopes containing proposals must be submitted with the RFP NAME, Cloud-Based SaaS (Software-As-A-Service) Record/Case Management System, prominently written and displayed on the outside of the envelope/packages. Proposals must be submitted on the proposal form furnished with accompanying required bonds.
Greene County reserves the rights defined in the Instructions to Proposers, including, but not limited to, the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any irregularities of Proposals, should same be to the advantage of the County.
