2/3/2023 02:00:00 PM (ET)	On-site Hotel Tour	The Ohio University Inn will provide an on-site tour of the hotel for prospective respondents. To minimize hotel guest disruptions, participation in the tour will be limited to 2 individuals per respondent. Tour to be held at: Time: 2:00 PM (ET) Date: Friday, February 3, 2023 Location: 331 Richland Avenue, Athens, Ohio 45701. Tour participants meet in the main lobby. Attendance at the hotel tour and pre-proposal meeting is optional but strongly recommended. This will be the only opportunity for potential respondents to view all areas of the project site before the submittal of proposals. Firms planning to attend the site visitation shall notify schrammj@ohio.edu no later than February 1, 2023 with the names and titles of the individuals who will attend.
