The City of Upper Arlington - Public Service Department is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide a hydraulic power unit, impact wrench, hose reel and ½” hydraulic hose to enable our personnel to mechanically and safely remove fire hydrant seized valve seats. These specifications are intended to solicit bids for the following:


· Stanley Infrastructure Model# HP28B02 power unit;


· Stanley Infrastructure Impact Wrench Model# IW24160; and


· Hannay N600 Series Spring Rewind Hose Reel Model# N617-25-26-15.5B with 50 feet of ½” hydraulic hose.
