Notes	The City of Upper Arlington is seeking proposals to competitively pre-qualify Locksmith vendors for the Parks & Recreation Department. This contract will enable the Parks & Recreation Department to request quotes and engage the selected vendors on an “as needed” basis from a competitively awarded contract. In the case of an emergency in which immediate service is needed, the City may request services without a quote based on the bidder’s Cost Summary rates (worksheet on last page). All responses must be received through IoWave.
