Eastern Daylight Time on December 16, 2022 for the following project: NORTHAM PARK PHASE 03 – WEST ATHLETIC FIELD RENOVATIONS Pre-bid meeting will be held on November 10 at 1:00 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time, Northam Park, 2070 Northam Road, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43221. Deadline for questions, submitted on the IonWave page by November, 21 2022 by 3:00 P.M. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all non-conforming responsive or conditional bids. Requirements of the City of Upper Arlington Affirmative Action Program are applicable. Each bidder must insure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, age, handicap status, or veteran status.
