Sealed bids wills be received by the Division of Purchasing, City of Upper Arlington, 3600 Tremont Road, Lower Level Conference Room, Upper Arlington, OH 43221 until 11:30 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time on March 29, 2023 for the following project:

Lane Avenue Shared Use Path

Pre-bid conference will be held March 22, 2023 @ 2:30 P.M Eastern Daylight Time, City of Upper Arlington, 3600 Tremont Road, Lower Level Conference Room, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43221. Deadline for questions, submitted on the IonWave page (Bid Number: UA23-25) by March 23, 2023 at 5:00 PM.

The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all non-conforming responsive or conditional bids.

Requirements of the City of Upper Arlington Affirmative Action Program are applicable.
