The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit bids in order to establish a contract with a qualified,

responsible contractor to generally clean all exterior building brick, stone, walls, sidewalks, and patios of the student resident hall facilities on the

East Green housing facilities of main campus at Ohio University, Athens, Ohio.


There are currently 8 resident halls in need of servicing.


The contractor may begin servicing by Wednesday, May 10, 2023 with final inspection by Friday, July 13, 2023.
