ADDENDUM to publish answers to supplier questions and attach additional information.

You are invited to submit a bid on a contract for Miami University's comprehensive campaign. The agreement will include services to develop a series of roadshow campaign events that will take place in markets across the country with high concentrations of alumni/donors. These events are a key strategy for donor cultivation and activation. We are seeking an event production partner who can concept, design and implement highly interactive event experiences that bring the campaign vision to life and inspire participation.

The specifications and bid documents can be found as an attachment in the bid portal.

Additional Instructions for submission of proposal has been included in the attached RFP document. Bidders will be evaluated on the quality and completeness of the submitted proposal.

Any questions should be submitted through the bid portal https://miamiu-ohiousourcing.ionwave.net no later than 12:00 p.m. EST on March 29, 2023 . No further questions will be accepted after this date. All answers are to be distributed as an addendum to the RFP in the bid portal in a timely manner.
