RTA seeks to engage one or more entities to take up to 100 bicycles on a semi-annual basis from RTA’s possession to assess, repair, and distribute to the Greater Cleveland / Cuyahoga County community. The inventory consists of unclaimed bicycles abandoned on RTA buses and trains. Seeking a community bicycle supplier(s) that may have a 501(c)(3) status (not mandatory) and/ or a nonprofit organization whose mission is community focused with the capacity/ ability to repair and distribute bicycles semi-annually at minimum. This procurement opportunity is expected to be without cost to RTA.
