LEGAL NOTICE

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the Fulton County Health Department Project at the Fulton County Commissioners’ Office, 152 S. Fulton St., Suite 270, Wauseon Ohio until 9:00am on April 11, 2023, at which time thereafter they will be publicly opened and read aloud at approximately 9:01am.

Engineers Estimate of Cost: $2,000,000.00

Proposal and specifications may be obtained or examined at the office of Fulton County Health Department, located at 606 South Shoop Avenue, Wauseon, Ohio 43567 on weekdays, excluding holidays, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. local time. Copies may also be obtained at Contractor’s cost from G5 Architecture, located at 301 Stryker St. Archbold, Ohio 43502.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 153.54, each bidder shall be required to file at the time of the bid, one of the following options:
